Terms of use

By using FLRNote you accept these terms for the first free, local-first public release.

1. Purpose

FLRNote is a personal tracking, notes and calculation tool. It is not accounting, tax, investment, legal or other professional advice.

2. Calculation accuracy

Calculators and forecasts are estimates based on the information you enter. Check results before relying on them for financial or other decisions.

3. Local data and backups

In the first public release, app data is stored on your device. You are responsible for creating and safely keeping backups. We cannot guarantee recovery of data lost through browser deletion, device failure, device loss or another event.

4. Availability and updates

We aim for reliable operation, but the service may change, become temporarily unavailable or be updated. New versions may fix errors or change features.

5. Permitted use

You may not use FLRNote for illegal activity, attempt to compromise the service or distribute modified versions while falsely presenting them as official.

6. Intellectual property

The FLRNote name, design and code are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Your personal data and content remain yours.

7. Future services

FLR Cloud, accounts, payments and advertising are not active in version 1.4.3. Specific terms, prices and cancellation rules will be published before they are enabled.
